Publicly Available Agreement
Special pay must be identified in a Publicly Available Agreement (PAA). Special pay includes only ongoing additional pay for education, experience, or classification and cannot include any limited-term payments. Base days must also be identified in a PAA. Refer to the Publicly Available Agreement checklist for assistance with updating or creating a new agreement.
Examples
The following are some common examples of PAAs in compliance with the laws and regulations. These are not all the examples and some of these examples may not work for your payroll systems, these are only examples that meet the requirements of a PAA.
Article 10: Additional Compensation
10.1 Speech-Language Pathologists and School Psychologists shall receive a flat rate annual stipend in the amount of $3,300.

Section V. Advanced Degree Stipend
A. Master’s Degree Stipend
Teachers who possess a master’s degree are entitled to a monthly stipend of $300. For teachers employed at less than full-time the stipend amount will be prorated based on the percentage of full-time. For example, for those half-time teachers who possess a master’s degree will receive a monthly stipend of $150
Article 10: Additional Compensation
10.2 All unit members who have been with the district for 10-14 years will receive an additional 1% of their placement on the salary schedule paid annually. All unit members who have been with the district for 15-19 years will receive an additional 1.5% of their placement on the salary schedule paid annually. All unit members who have been with the district for 20 years or more will receive an additional 2% of their placement on the salary schedule paid annually.

Section VII. HOURS AND WORK YEAR
A. WORK YEAR
A full time Teacher is expected to work at least six (6) hours per days, for 185 workdays, for a minimum of 1,110 hours per year.
