The purpose of this RFP is to select an experienced partner with detailed knowledge and experience in the implementation of ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM), and Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) products (tool configuration, business process improvement, related roles and responsibilities, and a post implementation support plan) to replace CalSTRS’s current toolset.

The purpose of this RFO is to select one (1) experienced Data Project Manager with detailed knowledge and experience of managing data conversion, data quality assessments, data governance, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse implementation, and systems implementation/integration projects including custom built/in-house solutions, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), and anything as a service (XaaS) products to work on various Technology Services projects.
