Vendors selected to do business with CalSTRS are required to register in our online accounting system, the Supplier Self-Service Portal (SUS).
Registration in the SUS portal allows CalSTRS to establish a contract, purchase order and to schedule payments.

CalSTRS contractors with an active contract value of $5,000,000 or more are directed to report compliance with federal sanctions as identified on the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Executive Order N-6-22 to provide CalSTRS a written report describing what steps, if any, have been taken in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine.
