Doing business with CalSTRS
Thank you for your interest in doing business with CalSTRS. We are committed to socially and environmentally responsible business practices and acquire goods and services in the best interest of CalSTRS, its members and beneficiaries. CalSTRS’ competitive purchasing process follows State of California laws.
CalSTRS has moved our procurement and accounts payable processes to SAP Ariba and the SAP Business Network.
The benefits of SAP Business Network will enhance the supplier and buyer experience. Some of these benefits include faster invoice processing, less invoicing errors, faster order processing and a centralized system with real-time invoice status changes.
Business Opportunities will be posted on this site, advertised with Cal eProcure and SAP Business Network Discovery, found within the SAP Business Network. We invite you to review advertised opportunities and purchasing methods. Questions regarding solicitation methods or business opportunities can be directed to Procurement@CalSTRS.com.
Vendors doing business with CalSTRS are required to register in the SAP Business Network. Registration on the Network allows CalSTRS to establish a contract, purchase order and to schedule payments. Vendors will have access to purchase orders and will submit invoices via their Network account.
Please contact Partners at Partners@CalSTRS.com to request a registration invitation. You can also register for a SAP Business Network Account.
