The board approved its calendar of meetings for the 2025–26 fiscal year.

All meetings will be held at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento unless otherwise noted:

• July 8–10, 2025 (offsite) (July 8 and 10 are half-day sessions.)
• September 2–4, 2025 (September 2 is a half-day closed session.)
• November 12–13, 2025
• January 28–29, 2026
• March 4–5, 2026
• May 27–28, 2026

The July 2025 offsite meeting will be held in southern California. The venue has not yet been determined. Offsite meetings alternate between northern and southern California.
