The board approved its meeting calendar for the 2026–27 fiscal year.

All meetings will be held at CalSTRS Headquarters in West Sacramento unless otherwise noted:

July 21–23, 2026 (offsite) (July 21 and 23 are half-day sessions.)

September 22–24, 2026 (September 22 is a half-day closed session.)

November 4–5, 2026

February 3–4, 2027

March 24–25, 2027

May 5–6, 2027

The July 2026 offsite meeting will be held in northern California. The venue has not yet been selected. Offsite meetings alternate between northern and southern California.
