CalSTRS Workforce & Succession Plan
This three-year plan contains workforce analyses and strategies which reflect CalSTRS’ commitment to maintaining a sustainable organization, leading innovation and managing change, and continuing to be trusted stewards of the fund. This plan also includes leadership workforce analyses and succession management strategies which reflect CalSTRS’ commitment to ongoing support and development of a strong leadership team and robust internal talent pools of prepared, capable and engaged staff.
This plan introduces new strategies based on data driven examination of current and future workforce and succession management challenges and opportunities in support of our long-term strategic and annual business plans.
